Course Description
In home dog training service is designed for people who live busy lifestyles in Adelaide and therefore do not have the time to travel to a training centre or prefer a more personalised service
If you are experiencing behavioural problems with your dog such as jumping, biting, pulling clothes off the line and barking, then a visit from one of our instructors may be all thats required to bring your dog into line. Whatever training you require, we will tailor it to your needs.
Unlike some trainers who claim to solve all problems in a once-off or 3 hour visit, Dog Training Adelaide School will properly structure an in home dog training course that best suits the individual owner and dog’s needs. In this manner clear objectives are achieved progressively without causing the dog undue stress by prolonged training.
Home Training Packages
Kindergarten Puppy Training*
(8-18 weeks of age)
2 x 1 hour sessions – $ 250.00 Includes 1 FREE GROUP LESSON
Option for further sessions at $ 140.00 per session
1st lesson: Basic principles of puppy training. Effective Communication, Puppy handling & Socialisation, Problem solving, i.e. chewing, biting, jumping, toilet training, diet. Walk on lead
2nd lesson: Revision & problem solving. Leashwork, Basic training – Come when called & Sit, Drop (lie down), Basic Stay. All puppy training exercises are carried out using Positive Reinforcement
Fast Track Obedience (3 sessions)*#
3 x 1 hour sessions – $ 375.00 ( 1 dog ) OR $ 525.00 ( 2 dogs). Includes 1 FREE GROUP LESSON
Option for further sessions at $ 150.00 per session ( 1 dog) OR $ 220.00 ( 2 dogs)
What you and your dog will learn: Heel on lead, Social Walking, Sit at Heel, Drop on command l, Stay, Recall (come when called), sociability exercises and Home Etiquette training.
Behavioural problems such as the dog jumping on people, digging holes, pulling clothes off the washing line will also be dealt with throughout the program. Furthermore if your dog is timid, nervous or anxious, you will be advised and taught how to deal
with these problems.

Bookings will not be held unless payment or deposit made prior to course commencement.
No Refunds under any circumstances. We will not refund any portion of fees under any circumstances including if you have a change-of-mind and return your dog to a shelter or place of purchase.
Please note: We do require a minimum of five handlers to commence a course and we reserve the right to change class start dates and times up to 4 weeks if insufficient bookings. If this occurs you will be advised.
